Stem Cell Treatment
Stem Cell Treatments involve the injection of adult stem cells collected from your own bone marrow into a targeted area with the use of ultrasound guidance. The injected stem cells initiate the body’s natural healing process at the site of abnormality to repair and regenerate damaged tissue.
Most Stem Cell Treatments require 30-45 minutes and are performed in an outpatient setting using only local anesthesia. Patients usually experience a steady decrease in their symptoms during the first 12 weeks with near complete symptom relief 6-12 months after the procedure.

Treatment
Carpal Tunnel Release relieves pressure on the median nerve by transecting the transverse carpal ligament, creating more space for the nerves and tendons. This micro-invasive procedure can be done in our outpatient facility with the use of the Sonex Health SX-One Microknife and ultrasound guidance. The procedure takes minutes to complete, with a small wrist incision closed without sutures. Patients often find relief 24-48 hours post procedure and can return to activities they enjoy within 3-6 days.

Trigger Finger Release Treatment
“Trigger finger” syndrome is the common name for stenosing tenosynovitis, a painful condition caused by a progressive restriction of normal tendon motion which interferes with the ability to bend and straighten the fingers. We are one of the first locations in the world to offer this innovative approach using real-time ultrasound guidance and Sonex Health's UltraGuideTFR. Real-time ultrasound guidance allows Dr. McGinley to see all critical anatomy prior to making an incision and enables him to guide the device while performing the procedure through a much smaller incision. Because this technique is less invasive, most patients are able to return to work and normal activities faster than those who undergo traditional TFR surgery.

Cubital tunnel syndrome is a problem with the ulnar nerve, which passes through the inside of the elbow. It causes pain and can feel like you hit your "funny bone". Cubital tunnel syndrome may happen when a person frequently bends the elbows, leans on their elbow a lot, or has an injury to the area.
